General Description
The SK16 Hammer Easton slowpitch bat is a value priced all-purpose softball bat.
It meets all the new 2004 bat performance standards including ASA, USSSA, NSA,
ISA, SSUSA & ISF.
If you are looking for one of the high performance Easton bats then this one is
not for you. But if you are just a casual player and do not have a lot of money
to spend then the Easton Hammer can be a good bat. It features a full
rolled-over end with a painted finish. You also get a thin 31.32” handle with a
cushioned grip. But you do miss out on all the newer and higher technology that
gets put into their more expensive bats. If you are playing in leagues and
tournaments, I would only suggest this type of bat to be part of your bat
collection. I suggest you need to have better bats available for your team to
use if you want to have any chance of winning. It is a good option for those
people on your team that do not hit a long ball and just want something to hit
the single or double with. Or it could be good as an option for a bat of
different weight. Of course you don't want to use your best bats in
practice so this is an good alternative for that as well.
